Larsen CHC ("we," "us," "our") operates larsenchc.com and the free tools available on it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and where it's processed.
Information we collect
Usage data
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (page views, session data, referral source, general device and location information). Google Analytics retains this data for 2 months, and we do not use Google Signals for cross-device reporting.
Information you provide
If you voluntarily submit your name and email through one of our free tools or a contact form, we collect that information to deliver results or respond to you. We do not require this to use most tools.
Booking information
If you book an intro call, your name, email, and any answers you provide are processed through Calendly, our scheduling provider, in order to schedule and manage that call.
Tool inputs
Some of our free tools (including the OSV Readiness Assessment) use Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate results. The information you enter into these tools is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your result. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models, and automatically deletes it from its systems within 30 days, except where retained longer to enforce its usage policies or comply with law. We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI) through this site. Our AI agents and consulting work operate under a strict no-PHI-access rule.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and deliver requested tool results.
- To schedule and manage intro calls you request.
- To understand site traffic and improve our content and tools.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Where your information is processed
This site is built and hosted using Lovable (including Lovable Cloud) and Supabase, which process technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and server logs) as part of operating and securing the site. Lovable retains data as long as there is a legitimate business need, and starting September 9, 2026 it may use Free and Pro plan data to train its own models unless the account opts out. Supabase retains data for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes in its Privacy Notice, and audit log retention varies by plan tier.
Third-party services we use:
- Google Analytics for site analytics.
- Lovable / Lovable Cloud for site hosting and infrastructure.
- Supabase for backend data storage and the functions that power our AI tools.
- Anthropic (Claude) to generate results for AI-powered tools.
- Calendly for intro call scheduling.
- Google Workspace for business correspondence.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Data retention
We retain contact and booking information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the service requested, or as required by law. See the notes on Google Analytics, Lovable/Supabase, and Anthropic above for how long those providers separately retain data on our behalf.
Your rights
You may request that we delete any information you've submitted by emailing elarsen@larsenchc.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
